Weleda Burns & Bites Cooling Gel
Weleda's Burns & Bites Cooling Gel is a traditional, herbal product for the effective treatment of mild burns, sunburn and insect bites. A cooling traditional herbal medicine for the family First Aid Kit to relieve pain, soothe and promote healing of minor burns, scalds and sunburn. Soothes and relieves itchy insect bites, stings and skin rashes.
Free from synthetic fragrances, preservatives, parabens and free from petrochemical derivatives, e.g. paraffins.

Each 1g contains:
Tincture, equiv. fresh juice: Echinacea purpurea, whole flowering plant 8.3mg; Urtica urens, herb 47.5mg; Tincture, equiv. dry: Arnica montana, flower 450 microgram; Arnica montana, root 50 microgram; and Aloe vera, dry leaf juice 1mg, equiv. fresh leaf juice 200mg.
Contains alcohol 5.3% v/v
Adults/Children: Hold the burn in cold water for 10 minutes until the initial pain has subsided, then use Burns & Bites Cooling Gel.
- Minor Burns and Mild Sunburn: apply a thin layer of gel and allow to dry. Repeat every 2-3 hours as required. As the condition improves apply twice daily.
- Insect bites and Stings: apply as required.
- Skin Rashes: apply two to three times daily; or as directed by your health care professional.
If symptoms persist, consult your health professional.

Warning - Only to be used for minor burns after initial first aid treatment. Burns with broken skin, major or extensive burns should be treated under medical supervision. Medical advice should be sort for serious burns.

Shipping Rates
We have partnered with Sendle (who are 100% carbon-neutral) for standard delivery and Australia Postfor express delivery.
$9.95 standard shipping for all orders under $149 anywhere in Australia.
Express shipping is a flat rate of $15. When you select 'Express Shipping' your item will be processed within 1 business day with Australia Post having a delivery estimate of 1-2 business days.
We only ship directly to Australia at this stage. If you would a shipping quote for an overseas order please contact us directly and we will provide you with a shipping quote.

Dispatch & Tracking
ORDER PROCESSING: We ship from Geelong, Victoria. All standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days* (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email (you will receive another notification when your order has shipped!).
*Express orders are processed within 1 business day.
ORDER TRACKING: Once your order has been sent you will receive an email notification containing all the information you need to track your parcel. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@wholestore.com.au with your name and order number, and we will get onto it right away.

We offer a full refund if items are returned within 60 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@wholestore.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Eco-Friendly Packaging
We don't want to add anything more to landfills which is why we opt for packaging that is compostable, recyclable or reusable!
Our boxes are recycled cardboard and we use water-activated packing tape to keep your items secure.
Our mailer bags are 100% compostable at home and the Hex wrap that we use in place of traditional bubble wrap is both compostable and recyclable.

Instore Pickup
Are you local and want to save on shipping? We offer in-store pickup at our Geelong West Store. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will call you when your order is ready and send you an email with instructions for where and when you can pick up.
Don't forget to check the opening hours for your location prior to ordering as our hours and days differ between stores.
If you would prefer curb-side pick-up as opposed to coming into the store. No problem! Just give us a call when you arrive in front of the shop and we will bring it out to you without even needing to leave your car!
