Whole Store Organic Bentonite Clay - Refillery
Our Organic Bentonite Clay is a natural clay formed from volcanic ash and has a fine, soft texture. It's been used for thousands of years to remove impurities on the skin, such as dirt, oils and bacteria, and toxins from the body.
Bentonite Clay also contains natural minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium and iron, providing additional health benefits.
The Organic Bentonite Clay is part of our refillary range and sold by 100g. Just bring your own container and fill it up with this nourishing clay.

Skin Conditions & Face Mask: Blend 1 part Bentonite Clay to 2 parts water, and apply to the skin as a clay pack. Bacteria and toxins living on the surface of the skin and within pores are drawn out and bound to the clay. Keep the pack on for about 20 minutes before removing it with warm water.
For facials: apply a clay mask once or twice per week for best results. This helps to prevent adverse skin conditions.
Skin Poultice for Bites/Burns/Cuts/Stings: Blend Bentonite Clay with water to a ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 and apply to the affected area, covering with a bandage or gauze, leaving it to draw toxins and help heal the skin. Change every 2-3hrs.
A Clay Bath: Add 1-4 cups to a warm bath and soak for 20 minutes for a refreshing topical body therapy that softens the skin and clears pores, as the clay binds to skin toxins and free radicals. You can either sprinkle the clay on the water and mix as you go, or pre-mix in a bowl and add this thick liquid to your bath.
Foot Soaks: Use ½ cup of Bentonite Clay in a foot soak.
Full Body Mud Pack: You will need a dedicated space for this as it can be rather messy. In a large bowl blend Bentonite Clay and water to a consistency of mud and apply all over the body. After 15-20 minutes the clay can be washed off, leaving you feeling revitalised, refreshed, and silky soft. Replenish by drinking ample pure water afterwards.
Use as Talc Powder: Bentonite Clay is a wonderful, natural and safe alternative to talc and baby powder.
Healthy Teeth & Gums: Use Bentonite Clay as a tooth cleaning powder or to make your own toothpaste. You can also mix it with water and use it as mouthwash that will bind the toxins and bacteria from your teeth, gums and tongue.

Shipping Rates
We have partnered with Sendle (who are 100% carbon-neutral) for standard delivery and Australia Postfor express delivery.
$9.95 standard shipping for all orders under $149 anywhere in Australia.
Express shipping is a flat rate of $15. When you select 'Express Shipping' your item will be processed within 1 business day with Australia Post having a delivery estimate of 1-2 business days.
We only ship directly to Australia at this stage. If you would a shipping quote for an overseas order please contact us directly and we will provide you with a shipping quote.

Dispatch & Tracking
ORDER PROCESSING: We ship from Geelong, Victoria. All standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days* (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email (you will receive another notification when your order has shipped!).
*Express orders are processed within 1 business day.
ORDER TRACKING: Once your order has been sent you will receive an email notification containing all the information you need to track your parcel. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@wholestore.com.au with your name and order number, and we will get onto it right away.

We stand by EVERYTHING we sell at Whole Store which is why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If at any time you’re not completely satisfied with the quality of our products, you may return them to any of our stores subject to this policy:
We offer a full refund if items are returned within 60 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@wholestore.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Eco-Friendly Packaging
We don't want to add anything more to landfills which is why we opt for packaging that is compostable, recyclable or reusable!
Our boxes are recycled cardboard and we use water-activated packing tape to keep your items secure.
Our mailer bags are 100% compostable at home and the Hex wrap that we use in place of traditional bubble wrap is both compostable and recyclable.

Instore Pickup
Are you local and want to save on shipping? We offer in-store pickup at our Geelong West Store. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will call you when your order is ready and send you an email with instructions for where and when you can pick up.
Don't forget to check the opening hours for your location prior to ordering as our hours and days differ between stores.
If you would prefer curb-side pick-up as opposed to coming into the store. No problem! Just give us a call when you arrive in front of the shop and we will bring it out to you without even needing to leave your car!
