Add a heaped teaspoon (1 serve = 10g) to tablespoon to a cup/mug of hot water for a nutritious bone broth. To flavour add spices, vegetables and/or meats as desired. Add to sauces, salad dressing, gravies for extra nutrition and bone broth richness.
Storage conditions: Refrigerate after opening until Best By Date. Store in a cool dry place below 25°C, keep the container sealed. Use a clean and dry spoon each time.

Where is the bone broth made and where does it come from?
Made in Australia with Australian and New Zealand grass-fed certified beef leg bones. From certified and audited grass-fed bones, sourced by trusted Australian farmers. This is NOT a denatured powder, but a complete Australian bone broth. Using certified grass-fed and finished beef leg bone (highest in marrow and essential fatty acids including a near ideal ratio of omega 6 to omega 3) and cartilage. High in omega 3 EPA and DHA . These are the two critical essential fatty acids - many plants may contain ALA. ALA does not readily convert into EPA or DHA which are the critical essential fats for brain and cardiovascular health. Best of the Bone is slow-cooked for 48 hours - ensuring maximum nutrient extraction from the cooked bones. The result is a thick, marrow-rich, nutrient dense bone broth extract extremely high in natural, un-denatured bioavailable collagen. Best of the Bone is the most absorbable and effective delivery of broth benefits thanks in large part to the long cooking time and maximum nutrient extraction.
How do I store my products and how long will it last?
Our concentrates are shelf stable. After opening, we recommend consuming within 12 weeks. Store in a cool dry place below 25°C, keep the container sealed.
Can I give your product to my 6 month old child?
We do not recommend giving these broths to children under 12 months of age as the sodium content is not suitable for young children when the product is prepared according to our serving suggestion. However, if you are using our broths as an ingredient in a recipe containing lower sodium foods, it may be suitable. We would recommend following the advice of your healthcare professional when introducing any new foods into your young child’s diet.

We have partnered with Sendle (who are 100% carbon-neutral) for standard delivery and Australia Postfor express delivery.
$9.95 standard shipping for all orders under $149 anywhere in Australia.
Express shipping is a flat rate of $15. When you select 'Express Shipping' your item will be processed within 1 business day with Australia Post having a delivery estimate of 1-2 business days.
We only ship directly to Australia at this stage. If you would a shipping quote for an overseas order please contact us directly and we will provide you with a shipping quote.

Dispatch & Tracking
ORDER PROCESSING: We ship from Geelong, Victoria. All standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days* (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email (you will receive another notification when your order has shipped!).
*Express orders are processed within 1 business day.
ORDER TRACKING: Once your order has been sent you will receive an email notification containing all the information you need to track your parcel. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

We offer a full refund if items are returned within 60 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@wholestore.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We don't want to add anything more to landfills which is why we opt for packaging that is compostable, recyclable or reusable!
Our boxes are recycled cardboard and we use water-activated packing tape to keep your items secure.
Our mailer bags are 100% compostable at home and the Hex wrap that we use in place of traditional bubble wrap is both compostable and recyclable.

Instore Pickup
Are you local and want to save on shipping? We offer in-store pickup at our Geelong West Store. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will call you when your order is ready and send you an email with instructions for where and when you can pick up.
Don't forget to check the opening hours for your location prior to ordering as our hours and days differ between stores.
If you would prefer curb-side pick-up as opposed to coming into the store. No problem! Just give us a call when you arrive in front of the shop and we will bring it out to you without even needing to leave your car!
