Gelatin is a pure protein source, derived from collagen, containing amino acids that contribute to the building and repair of tissues within the body, including the gut^.
Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body, found in skin, bones, muscles and connective tissue, and begins to degenerate in our mid-20s when we start to show the signs of aging. Gelatin is a form of collagen and naturally contains a large number of beneficial amino acids that aren’t commonly consumed in the western diet, but support wellness from the inside out.
Nutra Organics Natural Gelatin is sustainably sourced within Australia utilising only the best Australian grass-fed bovine to produce the highest quality gelatin on the market.

Allergen warning: Manufactured in a facility that also processes products containing milk, egg, soy, sesame, lupin, fish, crustacean, mollusc and tree nuts.

Each preparation makes 6 serves.

  1. ‘Bloom’ Gutsy Gummies by adding 50 grams (1/3 cup) into 100 mL of water and stir until an even texture is achieved.
  2. Add 250 mL of recently boiled, hot water to the bloomed mixture and stir until dissolved.
  3. Pour into molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set. Eat straight from the fridge.

Get creative by adding your favourite juices or fresh fruits!

Store in a cool dry place below 25°C, keep container sealed.

What makes Gutsy Gummies Good for your Tummy?

Gutsy Gummies is mostly made of Gelatin, which is pure protein. Protein is great for tissue building and repair, particularly the amino acid Glutamine, which is a great food for enterocytes (gut cells). It also contains vitamin C which supports connective tissue structure and function.

Can I put the gummies in my kids lunchbox?

No sorry! We do not recommend putting Gutsy Gummies in your child’s lunch box. Although this sounds like a super fun idea, your gummy will melt if it gets warm, so it’s best to consume your gummies straight from the fridge.

How much should I give my child?

Short answer: as much as you or they want!

Long answer: There are 3 preparations in a can. We recommend you divide each preparation (made with 50g of gummy mix and 350mL of water) into 6 separate serves. Tried and tested on our own families, a serve of this size went down a treat for adults as well as kids as young as 12 months. This is the size that we have based our nutrition information panel on so you know what nutrients you are getting.

What do they taste like and what gives them their flavour?

Gutsy Gummies uses a combination of premium refractance dried fruits and Australian made, plant based, natural flavours. We also use a hint of thaumatin which is a very sweet protein sourced from the katemfe fruit.

Strawberry - Classic sweet strawberry taste. 

Mango - Refreshing, tropical, mango and citrus taste.

Blueberry - A gentle, sweet blueberry and apple flavour.

Can I use gutsy gummies to make jelly instead of gummies?

Yes you can, however keep in mind that you have to add more liquid to achieve a more jelly-like consistency. Adding more liquid will dilute the natural flavour of Gutsy Gummies, so you may prefer to use juice rather than water if you are making jelly.

    We have partnered with Sendle (who are 100% carbon-neutral) for standard delivery and Australia Postfor express delivery. 

    $9.95 standard shipping for all orders under $149 anywhere in Australia. 

    Express shipping is a flat rate of $15. When you select 'Express Shipping' your item will be processed within 1 business day with Australia Post having a delivery estimate of 1-2 business days.

    We only ship directly to Australia at this stage. If you would a shipping quote for an overseas order please contact us directly and we will provide you with a shipping quote. 

  • Dispatch & Tracking

    ORDER PROCESSING: We ship from Geelong, Victoria. All standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days* (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email (you will receive another notification when your order has shipped!).

    *Express orders are processed within 1 business day. 

    ORDER TRACKING: Once your order has been sent you will receive an email notification containing all the information you need to track your parcel. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

    We don't want to add anything more to landfills which is why we opt for packaging that is compostable, recyclable or reusable!

    Our boxes are recycled cardboard and we use water-activated packing tape to keep your items secure. 

    Our mailer bags are 100% compostable at home and the Hex wrap that we use in place of traditional bubble wrap is both compostable and recyclable.

  • Instore Pickup

    Are you local and want to save on shipping? We offer in-store pickup at our Geelong West Store. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will call you when your order is ready and send you an email with instructions for where and when you can pick up. 

    Don't forget to check the opening hours for your location prior to ordering as our hours and days differ between stores. 

    If you would prefer curb-side pick-up as opposed to coming into the store. No problem! Just give us a call when you arrive in front of the shop and we will bring it out to you without even needing to leave your car!
