Heat or cool your BodyICE Woman breast pads as per the following instructions:
Cold Therapy: Place in the freezer without disposable sleeves for approximately 2 hours or submerge in icy water until the desired temperature is achieved. Once your ice pack begins losing temperature, repeat this process until the desired level of cooling is achieved.
Heat Therapy: Submerge in hot water without disposable sleeves or microwave for the suggested times below. Heat in additional 5-second increments until the desired temperature is achieved. Always test temperature before application.
- 700 Watt Microwave: 20 seconds
- 1000 Watt Microwave: 15 seconds
- 1200 Watt Microwave: 10 seconds
Slip on the protective, washable sleeves provided and place directly on breasts inside your bra. Apply for the medically recommended time of 20 minutes. Wait until the skin returns to normal temperature before reapplying.
Wash your breast pack with warm soapy water.
You can also hand wash your breast pack sleeves and air dry for continued use.
The BodyIce Woman breast pads are made from non-toxic gel beads and are TGA certified which means you don't need to fill your breast pads with ice or warm water in order to use them.
The outer sleeves are also washable and hygienic.

Shipping Rates
We have partnered with Sendle (who are 100% carbon-neutral) for standard delivery and Australia Postfor express delivery.
$9.95 standard shipping for all orders under $149 anywhere in Australia.
Express shipping is a flat rate of $15. When you select 'Express Shipping' your item will be processed within 1 business day with Australia Post having a delivery estimate of 1-2 business days.
We only ship directly to Australia at this stage. If you would a shipping quote for an overseas order please contact us directly and we will provide you with a shipping quote.

Dispatch & Tracking
ORDER PROCESSING: We ship from Geelong, Victoria. All standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days* (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email (you will receive another notification when your order has shipped!).
*Express orders are processed within 1 business day.
ORDER TRACKING: Once your order has been sent you will receive an email notification containing all the information you need to track your parcel. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@wholestore.com.au with your name and order number, and we will get onto it right away.

We stand by EVERYTHING we sell at Whole Store which is why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If at any time you’re not completely satisfied with the quality of our products, you may return them to any of our stores subject to this policy:
We offer a full refund if items are returned within 60 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@wholestore.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Eco-Friendly Packaging
We don't want to add anything more to landfills which is why we opt for packaging that is compostable, recyclable or reusable!
Our boxes are recycled cardboard and we use water-activated packing tape to keep your items secure.
Our mailer bags are 100% compostable at home and the Hex wrap that we use in place of traditional bubble wrap is both compostable and recyclable.

Instore Pickup
Are you local and want to save on shipping? We offer in-store pickup at our Geelong West Store. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will call you when your order is ready and send you an email with instructions for where and when you can pick up.
Don't forget to check the opening hours for your location prior to ordering as our hours and days differ between stores.
If you would prefer curb-side pick-up as opposed to coming into the store. No problem! Just give us a call when you arrive in front of the shop and we will bring it out to you without even needing to leave your car!
