ECO. Modern Essentials - Clary Sage Pure Essential Oil
ECO. Modern Essentials pure Clary Sage is a renowned antidote to mild depression, anxiety and stress. It is also useful for helping us to recover from nervous fatigue. Prized as a treatment for women's health issues, Clary Sage can be used to help ease menopausal symptoms, reduce spasming and painful periods while encouraging regular, healthy cycles. Clary Sage features a heavy herbaceous aroma with almost a fruity floral tone.

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your Clary Sage essential oil to a diffuser.
Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.
Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.
Bath: Add 2-3 drops in a dispersant such as milk or bath oil, to the bath to create a relaxing atmosphere while nourishing your skin.
Topically: Mix 1 drop of chosen essential oil with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, abdomen or back of the neck.
Hand or foot bath: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of water and soak hands or feet.
Compress: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of water. For treating inflammation or to cool down use cold to room temperature water. For aching tight muscles use warm to hot water. Agitate a face washer in the water, wring out excess moisture and apply washer to the affected area. Repeat two or three times as the compress cools down or warms up.
Steam Treatment: For face & respiratory, add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of steaming hot water. Place your face close to the bowl and cover the back of your head and bowl with a towel to trap the aromatic vapours. Caution - due to risk of burns or scalding, keep eyes covered during treatment.

Is this suitable for use during pregnancy?
We do not recommend using Clary Sage* during pregnancy. Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner. See HERE for our full list of pregnancy safe oils. *Safe to use in the last few weeks of pregnancy and during labour if desired.
Is this suitable for children?
Clary Sage is not recommended for children as it can be too sedating & not appropriate emotionally. Essential oils are considered too strong for use on babies’ skin (0-24 months) and can be overwhelming on their developing systems. When using in a diffuser, use fewer drops then that for an adult (eg. 2-3 drops). See the ECO. Little range for appropriate, kid-friendly blends.
Is this suitable to use around pets?
Use this oil with caution around pets, never use topically and store bottles out of reach. If you have any concerns contact your vet.
Can I ingest this oil?
Essential oils should not be taken internally unless you have consulted with a health professional or Aromatherapist first.
Consideration: Avoid use with those with cancer or tumours.

Shipping Rates
We have partnered with Sendle (who are 100% carbon-neutral) for standard delivery and Australia Postfor express delivery.
$9.95 standard shipping for all orders under $149 anywhere in Australia.
Express shipping is a flat rate of $15. When you select 'Express Shipping' your item will be processed within 1 business day with Australia Post having a delivery estimate of 1-2 business days.
We only ship directly to Australia at this stage. If you would a shipping quote for an overseas order please contact us directly and we will provide you with a shipping quote.

Dispatch & Tracking
ORDER PROCESSING: We ship from Geelong, Victoria. All standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days* (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email (you will receive another notification when your order has shipped!).
*Express orders are processed within 1 business day.
ORDER TRACKING: Once your order has been sent you will receive an email notification containing all the information you need to track your parcel. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@wholestore.com.au with your name and order number, and we will get onto it right away.

We stand by EVERYTHING we sell at Whole Store which is why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If at any time you’re not completely satisfied with the quality of our products, you may return them to any of our stores subject to this policy:
We offer a full refund if items are returned within 60 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@wholestore.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Eco-Friendly Packaging
We don't want to add anything more to landfills which is why we opt for packaging that is compostable, recyclable or reusable!
Our boxes are recycled cardboard and we use water-activated packing tape to keep your items secure.
Our mailer bags are 100% compostable at home and the Hex wrap that we use in place of traditional bubble wrap is both compostable and recyclable.

Instore Pickup
Are you local and want to save on shipping? We offer in-store pickup at our Geelong West Store. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will call you when your order is ready and send you an email with instructions for where and when you can pick up.
Don't forget to check the opening hours for your location prior to ordering as our hours and days differ between stores.
If you would prefer curb-side pick-up as opposed to coming into the store. No problem! Just give us a call when you arrive in front of the shop and we will bring it out to you without even needing to leave your car!
